Les gens ATTENTION !!! faites attention de réserver avec booking.com !! ils trompent les gens ! J'ai réservé un séjour dans ce charmant hôtel, qui est absolument excellent ! J'y ai déjà séjourné et j'ai adoré ! J'ai réservé une chambre d'hôtel pour moi et mon partenaire pour passer la nuit en juin pour la fête d'anniversaire de mon ami ! J'ai payé un plein tarif pour un séjour d'une nuit !!! malheureusement, elle a dû annuler sa fête d'anniversaire et j'ai modifié ma date de séjour pour septembre. vous pouvez modifier très facilement la réservation.com sur leur site Web. Tout s'est bien passé, l'hôtel a accepté mes nouvelles dates, sur le site de réservation j'ai fait ma part et modifié mon séjour. Le jour de mon séjour précédent est arrivé et il était indiqué sur mon statut de réservation que je ne me suis pas présenté. J'ai donc essayé d'atteindre booking.com pour éclaircir la situation ! ils ont dit qu'ils avaient un problème dans leur système et qu'ils ne pouvaient pas modifier et ne pouvaient pas envoyer une nouvelle confirmation de réservation à l'hôtel. Maintenant, pour leur erreur, ils proposent de me rembourser 50% du prix total du séjour que je n'ai jamais fait! tellement tellement tellement injuste ! soyez prudent les gars !!!! ils discutent !!!!
People WARNING!!! be careful to book with booking.com!!they are cheating on people! I have booked stay at this lovely hotel, which is absolutely excellent! I have stayed there before and I loved it! I have booked a hotel room for me and my partner to stay over night in June for my friend birthday party! I have payed a Full price for one night stay !!! sadly she had to cancelled her B-day party and I modified my date of stay for September. you can modify at the booking.com on their website very easily. All went well, hotel accepted my new dates, on the booking website I have done my part and modified my stay . The day of my previous stay came and it said on my booking status that I haven’t show up. so I tried to reach booking.com to clear up the situation! they been saying that they had a problem in their system and they can not modify and couldn’t sent a new booking confirmation to the hotel. Now for their mistake they are offering to pay me back 50% from the full price for the stay I have never made it! so so so unfair! be carefully guys!!!!they are chatting!!!!
